It is also possible to rent some of the park’s facilities, such as the baseball diamond, the rink for summer activities and the gazebo. Access remains free for the children’s play structure, the tennis court and the rink in the winter.

Starting July 16th 2026, the Groupe communautaire de St-Albert is the new owner of the community center and park. Management of the facilities has been done by volunteers since January 2026.

The Groupe Communautaire St-Albert does not provide liability insurance for renters (people/companies renting the facilities) of the St-Albert Community Centre (hall, outdoor sports facilities, gazebo, etc.). It is strongly recommended that renters get liability insurance for their rental to have coverage for activities on site. The Groupe communautaire will not take any responsibility for activities in its facilities. Renters can get this liability insurance either by contacting their insurer or online. If a renter decides not to get liability insurance, the Groupe communautaire will add an extra fee to the rental cost for the additional risk. This fee does not offer any protection to the renter.
